I’m really disappointed with my recent experience with Lavoute, I had high expectations based on the way the products were advertised, but unfortunately, the reality didn’t match. The capris I ordered were [too small/poorly made/different from the photos/etc.], and the quality was far below what I anticipated for the price. There was stitching messed up and a ripped part on the zipper… and no I had not even put the pant on yet, just extremely disappointed overall because so was VERY excited to wear these capris and style them.
To make things worse, the shipping took much longer than promised.
I really wanted to love this brand, but after this experience, I don’t see myself ordering again. I hope Lavoute takes this feedback seriously and makes improvements in both product quality and customer service.
