Returns & Exchanges
All jewelry items are FINAL SALE.
We accept returns of domestic orders within 21 days of delivery.
All approved returns will be issued as store credit, redeemable toward future purchases. Refunds to the original method of payment are not available.
A return shipping fee will be deducted from the total store credit amount. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
All items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. We kindly ask that you wear undergarments when first trying on your piece.
We reserve the right to decline any return that shows signs of wear or does not meet the criteria above.
Please include the original packing slip and any gift-with-purchase items in your return package. If a gift-with-purchase item is not returned, its retail value will be deducted from your store credit. Returns cannot be combined across multiple orders.
For international returns, return shipping and any reverse duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Store Credit
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email. Approved returns will be processed as store credit, issued in the form of a digital gift card that never expires and may be applied to future purchases.
Exchanges
We are pleased to offer exchanges for the same item in a different size, style, or for an identical replacement if your piece arrives damaged or defective.
All exchange requests must be submitted through our Return Portal, and are subject to item availability.
Sale Items
All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return, store credit, or exchange.
