ORDERING
Each order begins processing immediately upon confirmation to ensure the utmost care and efficiency in fulfillment. For this reason, we are unable to modify or update orders once they have been placed.
If you wish to purchase an additional item, kindly place a new order.
Should you need to cancel an item, please contact our Client Services team at your earliest convenience before your order has shipped, including the item name and size in your message. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All domestic orders (within the U.S.) are processed within 5–7 business days from the date of purchase. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Shipping fees are calculated and charged at the time of purchase. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
International Shipping
For destinations outside the U.S., delivery times typically range from 14–21 business days, though exact timing may vary depending on customs clearance.
